  • Tim Clay Bsc (Hons), Cert PFS
    Following a successful University degree course, Tim joined the financial services industry in early 1983. His first major move in 1985 was to establish the Financial Services subsidiary of a general insurance brokerage. During this period Tim gained a vast amount of experience in providing group scheme advice and practical wealth management solutions to owner managed businesses. Tim established Clay Rogers Financial Management Ltd with Mark Rogers in 1995. In January 2006 Clay Rogers Financial Management Ltd merged with their sister company, C R Professional Ltd, to form Clay Rogers & Partners Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

    Tim specialises in the Corporate and Employee Benefits arena.
  • Mark Rogers BA (Hons), Cert PFS
    After a successful academic career at Exeter University, Mark joined Employee Benefit specialists Noble Lowndes & Partners in 1982 and worked there for five years, spending time in both their Croydon and Birmingham offices. In 1987 Mark moved to the N Brown Group plc, eventually becoming Life & Pensions Director of the Birmingham Financial Services Division. In 1995 Mark established Clay Rogers Financial Management Ltd with Tim Clay and after ten years they have now merged with their sister company, C R Professional Ltd, to form Clay Rogers & Partners Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

    During his career, Mark has developed a specialism in the Corporate, High Net Worth and Employee Benefits arena, particularly in devising exit strategies for Owner Managed businesses, asset allocation modelling for pension and private portfolios and the complex issues surrounding pensions and divorce.
  • Geoff Hands Cert PFS
    Following an initial period in accountancy, Geoff entered the life assurance industry in 1970 and spent several years working in direct sales and sales management for two major life assurance companies before moving to develop the financial services arm of a Birmingham based general insurance brokerage.
    In 1981 Geoff established his own practice as an Independent Financial Adviser and has been providing a personalised servive to onwer businesses, high net worth individuals and their professional advisers. Geoff joined the Clay Rogers Group in August 2004.
  • Richard Cresswell Bsc (Hons), Dip PFS
    Richard graduated from Loughborough University in 2001 with a BSc (Hons) in Business Economics and Finance. After gaining experience in stockbroking Richard joined Barclays in 2002 on a graduate programme, where he trained to be an Independent Financial Adviser and gained his professional qualifications. Richard was keen to work closely with experienced advisers specializing in private client investments and tax planning for high net worth clients. Therefore he joined the team at Clay Rogers Financial Management Ltd in 2004 and he is now qualified as an Advanced Financial Planner at Clay Rogers & Partners Ltd.
  • Gervase Lancaster (Jt Hons), Cert PFS
    After graduating from the University of Birmingham, Gervase entered the financial services industry in 1987 with Noble Lowndes & Partners, which later evolved into Sedgwick Independent Financial Consultants. During this time Gervase was active in providing advice to both corporate and personal clients based in the West Midlands. In August 2004 following a close working relationship with Nigel Willis, they joined the Clay Rogers Group.

    Gervase specialises in the areas of Pension Transfers, Flexible Retirement Options, Annuities, Investment and Wealth Preservation.
  • Nigel Willis Dip PFS, CeMap
    Nigel began his career with Standard Chartered Bank operating overseas in Malaysia and the Gulf. From there he moved into Building Society management with Alliance & Leicester before becoming a Financial Adviser in 1985. In 1994 Nigel joined Sedgwick Noble Lowndes, which subsequently became Sedgwick Independent Financial Consultants. In August 2004, following a close working relationship with Gervase Lancaster, they joined the Clay Rogers Group.

    Nigel has been providing personal financial planning advice for over 18 years, an area in which he has gained a vast experience, which complements his specialism: tax mitigation.
  • Philip Haden BA (Hons) Cert PFS
    After achieving a 2:1 degree in Accountancy, Phil entered the financial services industry in 2000.

    Having been trained and employed by Scottish Equitable plc, one of the largest Insurance companies in the UK, Philip primarily focused on providing support to Independent Financial Advisers that provide advice on Individual and Group Pension schemes as well as onshore and Offshore Investments.

    With the original intention of becoming a Financial Adviser, Philip went on to join Barclays Financial Planning where he obtained further qualifications, training and achieved Competent Adviser Status. Clay Rogers & Partners understand the importance of delivering a consistent and high level of service and earlier in 2007 Philip joined Clay Rogers & Partners Ltd as a Independent Financial Adviser to help continue to provide support and advice to their clients in areas including, pensions, investments protections and Inheritance Tax Planning.
